Curved World

Solo Exhibition - October 21, 2011

Nathan Taves prolific body of work includes early drawings, ceramic sculpture and recent paintings.

The exhibition, appropriately named "Curved World" explores concepts related to modern physics, specifically the writings of Brian Greene.

Topics such as curved higher dimensions and the bending of space and time are visually presented. Interject whimsy and poetic inquiry presented with key works and the viewer is invited to join in contemplation.

Taves is a graduate of Indiana Purdue University Fort Wayne and Rhode Island School of Design, Taves work is challenging and introspective. Never before has his work been shown with such breadth and clarity.
